We guarantee that all plants are healthy at the time of installation. Plants that fail within 30 days due to nursery defects will be replaced free of charge.
After installation, plants require an establishment period (typically one growing season) during which the client must follow our watering and care instructions. Plants that fail due to inadequate care, extreme weather events, pest damage, or other factors beyond our control are not covered under warranty.

All garden designs, plans, drawings, and other creative materials produced by us remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement the design at the specified property. Designs may not be reproduced, modified, or used at other locations without our written permission.
We may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes. By engaging our services, you grant permission for us to photograph your property and use these images in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish your property to be photographed, please inform us in writing.
Clients may cancel consultations with at least 24 hours notice. For contracted projects, cancellation terms will be specified in the service agreement. Deposits may be forfeited if work has already commenced or materials have been ordered.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to weather conditions, material unavailability, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity or provide a full refund if the project cannot proceed.
